Why your Thurles business isn’t showing on Google Maps
- Fewer reviews than the middle businessCheck the three on the map for your own search. The middle one is your first target, not the leader.
- The wrong main categoryA house cleaning service won “cleaning company”. The category tells Google what you are. See choosing your Google Business Profile category.
- A pin in the wrong placeNew builds and rural addresses around Thurles often sit in the wrong spot, or don’t show at all. See Eircode not showing on Google Maps.
- No service area for the villages you coverWithout one, a Thurles firm rarely shows for Holycross or Littleton.
- Hours that don’t match the searchPeople search “open now” and “opening hours”. Keep your hours right, including bank holidays.
- One page for everythingA single services page can’t rank for every job and every village. Each one needs its own page.
