How these were collected
Both reviews come from people Essa has worked with directly, and both were written when we asked. The screenshots are the original messages, cropped to the review. In the text versions, we’ve only tidied capitals and punctuation. In Raief’s message, we’ve blurred one phrase (shown as […] in the text) because it understated how long we’ve worked together. It’s been 2.5 years.
The leads are form notifications from the sites they came in on. We’ve covered the personal details with grey bars. Everything else is as it arrived. The $50k+ figure is what the practice told Quilven. The two $100k+ leads are practices with $250k to $1M, and over $1M, in claims over 90 days, as shown on the forms. That figure is the fee Quilven would earn as its share of what it recovers.
